Questions
How long does certification take?
The General Foundation track takes about 90 to 120 minutes. Each level-specific track is about 45 to 60 minutes. You complete it at your own pace.
Is an observation required?
Yes. A half-day classroom observation in a functioning Montessori environment is required before your certificate is issued.
Does certification expire?
No. Individual certifications do not expire. School seat passes are annual and must be renewed to add new subs.
What is on the certificate?
Your full name, the track(s) completed, the date issued, and a unique certificate number. Certificates include a public verification URL.
Can I certify at multiple levels?
Yes. Foundation + All Levels covers all four level tracks. If you purchased a single-level cert and want to add another, contact us.
