Drafted communications, facilitated hard meetings, board support, staffing decisions. If the crisis is a leadership departure, this connects directly to MMG Interim Leadership placement.
Why we publish the price. A school in crisis should not have to negotiate fees while the building is on fire. The stabilization engagement is $4,500 flat for the first two weeks — the first call costs nothing, and if we are not the right help, we will say so on that call.
