Building Organizational Trust

Tuesday, January 18, 2028 · 9:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Central Time

About This Workshop

A decision is announced, and staff hear something different from what leadership intended. Questions stay in private conversations, and the next announcement meets more skepticism. In three hours, you examine where trust is breaking down in your school’s adult community and how your communication practices contribute. You apply a trust diagnostic, develop a framework for deciding what to communicate and how, and design three communication structures for your school. You leave with those tools written down, giving you a practical basis for changing the habits that shape staff confidence.

Why Now

January offers a chance to review how communication worked during the first half of the school year. Use that experience to set clearer practices for the months ahead while there is still time to put them into use.

Who It’s For

For heads and directors addressing staff trust, repairing adult culture, or leading through a transition. It is focused on organizational communication, rather than mediating an individual dispute.

What You Leave With

  • ·A completed trust diagnostic for your school’s adult community
  • ·A transparency framework for deciding what to communicate and how
  • ·Three written communication structures for your school
