The Prepared Organization Review

You know something is strained. This tells you what.

There is a wide gap between a free diagnostic and a full advisory engagement, and most school leaders live in it. You can feel that something is not holding, you can name three symptoms, and you do not yet need, or cannot yet fund, months of work. This is the step in between: a written organizational review of your school, read against the five components of the Prepared Organization, delivered in ten business days.

$500. Credited in full toward any Advisory engagement you begin within 90 days.

We take 6 reviews a month because each one is written by hand. If the month is full, you will be offered the next opening rather than a delayed promise.

What You Receive

A document you can act on, and hand to your board.

01

A written read against all five components

Clarity of Purpose and Role, Freedom Within Structure, The Prepared Adult, Coherence, and Justice as Infrastructure. Where your school is holding, where it is strained, and what is actually causing the strain rather than what it looks like on the surface.

02

A prioritized action list

Not thirty recommendations. The things that matter, ordered, with the reasoning visible so you can disagree with the order and still use the thinking.

03

A sequenced next-steps plan

What to do first, what depends on it, and what can wait until next year. Sequence is most of what makes organizational work succeed or stall.

What You Send

An hour of gathering, at most.

Everything on this list already exists at your school in some form. Send what you have, in whatever shape it is in. Nothing here needs to be tidied up first, and a messy version is often more useful than a polished one.

Your Diagnostic results (or you take the free Diagnostic first, it takes five minutes)

A short questionnaire about your school, your role, and what prompted this

Your org chart or a simple list of who does what

A staffing summary: roles, tenure, and what has turned over recently

A sample of how you communicate with families

Your current-year priorities, however they are written down

After payment you receive a private intake link by email where you answer the questionnaire and upload the documents. The ten business days clock starts when the intake is complete, not when you pay.

Being Honest About This

It is a map, not the journey.

This is not a site visit. Nobody walks your building, sits in your classrooms, or talks to your staff, and there are things about a school that only become visible when someone does. It is also not a substitute for a full engagement: it will tell you what to do, not do it with you.

It is genuinely useful whether or not you ever hire us. Plenty of schools will read the review, do the work themselves, and never come back. That is a good outcome, and the review is written on that assumption rather than as an extended sales document.
