First Ninety Days

Turn the first months of leadership into a workable entry plan. Read, consider authored cases, compare model responses, and build your plan in the companion workbook.

A steady start, with a plan you can use

Your first months bring important decisions, incomplete information, and more requests than you can address at once. This course helps you clarify your mandate, understand how the school works, and choose what needs attention first.

Build one entry plan across seven modules. Connect your listening, governing relationship, operating routines, adult leadership, priorities, and review points in a document you can discuss and revise.

Read. Consider. Apply.

This is a text-first, self-paced course. Work through authored fictional cases, make a response choice, then compare your reasoning with the model response and explanation. Use the workbook to apply what you learn to your own setting.

There are no recordings, live teaching sessions, or AI interactions. The cases and feedback are authored course materials. Use the fictional cases when school information is unavailable or sensitive.

  4. Prepare the conditions for reliable work
  5. Lead adults with clarity and follow-through
  6. Choose priorities and test a workable improvement
  7. Review, revise, and prepare the next stage

Your working materials

The course includes the full reading manual, a visual course PDF, an entry-plan workbook in PDF and editable Word formats, and six quick-reference cards. The workbook connects the learning to a single practical entry plan.

The focus is leadership systems and structures. The activities support learning and planning; they do not confer a professional credential or replace specialist advice.

Enrollment

$250 USD, one-time enrollment per person. Enrollment is not yet open. Access and enrollment terms will be published before enrollment begins.

First Ninety Days is independent study. Leadership Meridian access is not included in this offering. Benefits already promised to existing Institute participants remain unchanged.
