A coordinator or team lead can be responsible for follow-through while still needing clarity about which decisions they can make. Prepared to Lead brings role authority, coaching, and accountability into the same conversation.

This cohort is for Montessori coordinators and team leads who support the work of other adults. The focus is the relationship between your responsibilities, your authority, and the backing of your head of school.

Coaching and accountability belong together

• Clarify the scope of your role and the decisions that belong with the head of school.
• Prepare coaching conversations and direct feedback that make expectations understandable.
• Develop accountability routines so agreements lead to follow-through.
• Identify the head-of-school support needed to carry the role with consistency.

Participants work with the program’s authored curriculum and resources across three live sessions. Coaching is part of the cohort curriculum; this listing does not include a separate individual coaching package.

Three sessions, one complete cohort

Three 3-hour sessions, nine hours in total. $600 USD per person for the complete cohort.

The published price is for the complete three-session cohort and its curriculum resources. No Leadership Meridian access or additional follow-up service is included in this listing. Benefits already promised to existing Institute participants remain unchanged.
