Director of Elementary Programs

Omni Montessori

Omni Montessori School is seeking an interim Director of Elementary Programs to lead and steward the elementary program for the 2026 to 2027 school year, with the possibility of moving into the permanent role. This is a hands-on instructional leadership position. It is also a chance to step into a strong school at a moment when thoughtful, Montessori-trained leadership in the elementary will have an outsized impact. The Head of School is not classroom-trained at the elementary level, which means this role is not a symbolic one. The Director will be the person in the classrooms, week after week, observing guides, offering coaching grounded in the AMI/AMS elementary tradition, and ensuring that what is happening on the rugs matches what Omni promises to families. The school has invested in this work already through the Montessori coaching course led by Elizabeth Slade and through external elementary consultation, and the next Director will carry that momentum forward. Omni is intentionally focusing this role on elementary instructional leadership and team culture so that the Director can spend the bulk of their time where it matters most: in classrooms with guides, in conversation with families, and at the table with the leadership team. If you are someone who keeps the work of children at the center of your day, while still being a generous and collaborative member of the leadership team, this seat is for you.

Upper Elementary Montessori Lead or Co-Lead Teacher

Monarch Montessori of Denver

Monarch is hiring an Upper Elementary educator to serve in one of two pathways, depending on training and experience: a Lead Teacher who holds full Montessori certification for the age group and assumes primary responsibility for the classroom, or a Co-Lead Teacher who is paired with a qualified Montessori-trained colleague and is actively deepening Montessori practice through training or extensive classroom experience. This flexible staffing model allows Monarch to support emerging Montessori educators while ensuring that every Upper Elementary classroom is guided by adults committed to authentic Montessori education and high-quality, standards-aligned instruction. Lead Teacher The Lead Teacher is a Montessori-trained educator with a Bachelor’s degree who assumes primary responsibility for the classroom and instructional program. The Lead Teacher carries the full Montessori program and uninterrupted work cycle while working with the support of a classroom assistant. Co-Lead Teacher The Co-Lead Teacher is an experienced educator with a Bachelor’s degree who demonstrates strong alignment with Montessori philosophy and practice but may not yet hold formal Montessori certification for Upper Elementary. The Co-Lead Teacher shares instructional and classroom leadership responsibilities with an experienced Montessori-trained colleague and receives coaching and mentorship while completing or pursuing Montessori training.

Toddler Co-Lead Teacher

Greene Towne Montessori

Greene Towne is hiring two Toddler Co-Lead Teachers for the All Day Montessori program, one for the Buckeye classroom and one for the Crescent classroom. Each Co-Lead anchors the afternoon arc of the day, arriving at 10:45 in the morning and staying through the close of school at six in the evening. The two afternoon Co-Leads work in partnership with the two morning Co-Leads and four assistant teachers across Buckeye and Crescent, which share a bathroom and a closely coordinated rhythm. The classrooms and their routines are well established. Greene Towne is looking for two experienced Toddler Co-Leads who are ready to step into a strong existing structure, hold the second half of the day with calm precision, and partner with their morning counterparts to give children and families one continuous experience from arrival to pickup.

Toddler Co-Teacher/ Parent-Infant Guide

School in the Woods Montessori

School in the Woods is hiring a full-time Toddler Co-Teacher/Parent-Infant Guide to join an existing, well-loved toddler classroom. The new co-teacher will join an experienced partner in a true co-teaching model, where both adults share full responsibility for everything that happens in the classroom and rotate through every domain of the work each week. The position carries a second responsibility on Fridays: leading the school's Parent-Infant program. This is a half-day class for babies and their parents, focused on observation, language about early development, and the careful work of mentoring families through the first years of childhood. Most candidates do not arrive fluent in parent-infant work. The school expects to teach this part of the role on the job, alongside a qualified candidate who is genuinely curious about the very youngest children and the families who love them.

Primary Guide-AMI

Springmont Montessori

Springmont is hiring two AMI Primary Guides to lead Children's House classrooms for the 2026 to 2027 school year. Each classroom serves twenty-four children ages three through six, from 7:45 in the morning to 3:00 in the afternoon. Each Primary Guide reports to the Primary and Toddler Division Head and works alongside a morning assistant and an afternoon assistant whose schedules are structured to cover nap for the youngest children while the older children move into a second work cycle. Spanish, music, learning support, and media center experiences are integrated into the classroom rhythm. Physical education is not part of the program at the Primary level.

Community and Partnerships Manager

The Shared Environment

The Community & Partnerships Manager will be the primary relationship holder for The Shared Environment's sellers, readers, and partners. You will recruit and onboard new sellers to the marketplace, cultivate and support the team of Montessori-trained readers who curate every product, manage partnerships with training centers and organizations, coordinate conference logistics and represent The Shared Environment at events, and build the systems, documentation, and communication structures that allow these relationships to thrive as the platform scales. Right now, this work is distributed across the founding team. They have done it with care and intention, and they are ready to entrust it to someone who will own it, develop it, and grow it into something more strategic over time. This person will not walk into a void. They will walk into a small, thoughtful team that has already built strong foundations and is looking for a collaborator, not just an employee.
