Social Boost
What's included with Social Boost.
When a school adds social promotion to a listing, MMG runs a four-post Instagram campaign across the thirty-day window the role is open. Schools do not draft anything. Posts are designed to MMG brand standards and built from the listing copy.
Week One
Featured carousel.
A six-slide branded carousel introducing the role, the school, and the offer. Posted to the MMG Instagram main feed. Designed to look distinct from regular MatchHub searches so the school's investment is visible.
Week Two
Quote card.
A single-image card pulling one specific, distinctive line from the listing — often the compensation, the unique program element, or the school culture detail. Re-surfaces the role to people who missed the carousel.
Week Three
Reel.
A vertical 9 by 16 video reel with the role headline and the school name, designed to reach a different audience through Instagram's Reels distribution.

What is the Leadership Posting tier and why is it $249?
Leadership Posting is a separate tier for Principal, Director, Head of School, and Executive Director searches. At $249, it costs more than the standard $49 Single Job Post because (1) Featured Placement is automatically included — the role gets the gold-bordered Featured Roles slot for the full thirty-day window, and (2) the form expands to capture three leadership-only fields: a job description PDF link, a long-form Mission, Values & Philosophy section, and Photos & Social Links. Faculty and Specialist roles still post at $49.
What's included in MatchHub Pro?
MatchHub Pro gives you unlimited job posts with automatic featured placement and social media promotion on every role — no add-ons needed, no decisions to make per posting. It also includes priority visibility on the platform. At $499/year, it's designed for schools that hire regularly and want maximum reach without managing individual upgrades.
What's the difference between School Unlimited and MatchHub Pro?
Both plans include unlimited job postings. The difference is what happens automatically. With School Unlimited, featured placement and social promotion are optional add-ons you can choose per role. With Pro, they're included on every post — no extra cost, no extra steps.
How does Strategic Search pricing work?
Strategic Search is a retained engagement priced based on the level of the role and the scope of the search. Pricing is custom for each engagement and discussed during the initial discovery conversation. There are three levels: Guide/Program, Leadership, and Executive. Contact us to discuss which level fits your search and to get a quote.
Are add-ons available on all plans?
Featured Placement ($59) and Social Boost ($79) are available as optional add-ons on the Single Job Post and School Unlimited plans. On MatchHub Pro, both are automatically included on every job you post — no need to add them individually.
How does the Pro plan work after purchase?
MatchHub Pro is currently a managed plan. After purchasing, we reach out to set up your account and send you a direct posting link — no payment wall on future posts for the year. Featured placement and social promotion are handled automatically on our end for every role you post.
